Youth Letter

Mindy and I would sincerely like to express our heartfelt appreciation for those of you who helped with     donated items, time of service, attendance, and prayers for our youth group's "Magnifico, Punch to Your Palate" Italian dinner! The Gathering Hall was truly transformed into an "Italian Bistro.” We could not have done this      without you! THANK YOU Our Monday morning devotions are going well, and it's great to see these teens sharing (without fear of   judgment) life's hardships and positive opportunities happening in each of their lives! We continue to       challenge one another to continuously give THANKS and PRAISE to GOD—as well as knowing the difference in these two—without reservation. Thanks for what God is doing or has done in our lives and Praise for God's wide array of attributes! Only God can be God! He is marvelous and worthy of our praise. It's not as easy to put all this into action but there again...nothing worth doing comes easily! Pastor Chris has been joining our Monday morning as well as our Sunday morning class time. He is challenging each of us to think creatively the way we see God, and the way we see ourselves and others in our group, our church and our community. We are made to be individuals as well as a team of disciples pursuing a relationship with God, encouraging, challenging and serving those in need—truly putting action into becoming God's "hands and feet." We would ask that you would continue to support our teens and its leaders by  praying for wisdom, grace and joy. We pray that  we will continue to
"Press on towards the goal that God has set for us."
